Our commuter lot is directly across the train tracks from the historic Stoughton MBTA Commuter Rail station and is best accessed via Wyman Street. We offer sensible rates and two convenient options:
Daily Parking

– Use spots 1-21 along the fence
– Pay at the gray box in the middle of the lot
– $4/Day
Monthly Parking
– Pay by the month via credit card, ACH transfer, cash or check
– You are guaranteed a spot (regardless of weather)
– We never over-sell our lot
– $80/Month
